NX Callout balloons will not update if drawing view is imported from master model

Callout balloons will not update if drawing view is imported from master 
model. The Balloons stay empty. 

Solution

Unset "Create Drafting Component" in order to NOT create a "Drafting
Component" (recognized by the icon in the Assembly Navigator) while recreate the drafting view.


Unset "Create Drafting Component" as preference: 


     Preferences > Drafting > General/Setup > Workflow


or permanent as customer default:


     Customer Default > Drafting > General/Setup > Workflow


When "Create Drafting Component=on" is set (as customer default or Drafting 
Preference), and a view is added from the master (which is default), then this 
will create additional drafting component in the assembly which is marked with 
attributes DRAFTING_COMPONENT and REFERENCE_COMPONENT.


These components are excluded from the parts list.
