How do you create and place 2D Model Views?
Solution
To create the view, go to View > 2D Model. This will take you into the 2D Model environment.
Once you've finished your view, click on the Sheet X tab to return to the working sheet.
From there, go to Sketching > 2D Model under Drawing Views. This will return you to the 2D Model environment. Click 2 points to create your cropping boundary. Once the second point is clicked, you will be returned to the working sheet with the 2D Model View attached to your cursor. Simply click to place the view. You will probably need to change the view scale which can be done by selecting it and changing the scale from the Command Bar.
