Need to get rid of the shading shadows on a shaded view 

Solution

To get a shaded view that has no shadows on the model, you need to use the 
Flat Shading option for the view. 

Right-click the view, go to Properties, select the Shading and Color tab and 
change the option Flat Shading. That should fill the view with color, but 
there will be no shadows or gradients, just a flat color.
