Tecnomatix CAD objects on screen will disappear when zooming in with human hand displayed.

When using the Human hand with graphical objects on screen during a zoom, the graphics (CAD) will
disappear.   Here, the zoom is increased, then increased again.  The hands remain but the graphic objects disappear.

Solution

Check Options / Performance and move the bar all the way towards Quality. 
Click on OK to save the change.
Restart the Process Simulate software. 
Retest. 
Should be resolved.
