Details
Model shows Blends with sharp edges at the start and at the end of an Extrude.
When editing the "Extrude" feature and changing the values to something else than the current value,
then the display is correct.
Solution
It's a visual issue in Modeling with the Shaded views, in Studio rendering mode, it looks correct.
When placing drawing views in Drafting, it's also O.K.
Visualization Preferences, tab "Faceting" and set the Resolution to "Fine", then the display is correct again.
