NX Unable to edit gap between leader and text of a label

Creating a note with leader line --> Choose settings - Line/Arrow - Arrow Line
There's no field to change the gap between text and leader.

Solution

Preferences - Drafting --> Dimension :

If Dimension "Text"->"Orientation and Location" is Orientation "Text Over Dimension Line", then "Text to Line Gap" is not present in the Settings.
Only if Dimension "Text"->"Orientation and Location" is anything else, then "Text to Line Gap" is present in the Settings.


Note :  This was reported in 7398600 and is fixed in NX10.0.3 MP9 and NX11
