Changing File Locations for Start up screen makes Solid Edge hang.

Solution

This is happening because the entire directory that the .HTM resides in is
getting copied to your local hard drive. To prevent this from happening, copy
the .HTM to it's own folder, then point to it in the Start up screen in File
Locations. This will only copy the single file.
