The customer is unable to open FAZ or FAV files in Test Expert Viewstation
Solution
Open Control Panel and sort by large icons.
Now select Folder Options.
Under Folder Options select View.
Make sure to turn ON show extensions for known file types.
Also, even with Viewstation, the file structure needs to be in place.
You need to have a project, and a product folder to put the FAZ file in.
Projectname.prj\productname.fab
