NX Creating a Neutral Turning Tool Holder

What settings in NX can be used to create a Neutral Turning Holder ? This type of tool might look like the tool in the picture below.

Under most circumstances the Turning Tool Holder Hand option will only display Left or Right holders. To be able to select a Neutral Holder will depend on which Insert Shape and Holder Style that the User selects. The menus change depending on these selections. Try selecting, for example, a D(Diamond 55) Tool and an a P-Style Holder . The Neutral tool will then be displayed on the Holder menu.
