Details
After editing a fastener system and selecting additional hole edges in the 'Top hole Step', the new occurrences of the fastener system are not added to the assembly - the hole area remains empty.
Solution
As you are editing the whole fastener system then you need to ensure that you first activate all the components on which the fasteners will be placed. If not then the fastener will not be placed on these components - which would explain the empty hole area.
