Details
When trying to open a file using Insight, getting a message:
Each document can only be processed by one operation at a time.
Solution
This is typically a result of a failed transaction and can be cleared up by
deleting or renaming the translog.xml file located in the Insight
Cache\cookies folder on the client machine.
