Details
Block placed in a 2D draft file shows incorrect geometry.
Solution
When bringing in geometry from another file, a block of the same name within
the current file will be placed. We do not try to mangle block names to
resolve conflicts of blocks with the same name. We simply place the block that
already exists within the active file. The way to fix this is to change the
name of the block that is coming into the file with the wrong results.
