BACKGROUND:
This case involves a company which has undergone a split.
The original account (sold-to ID A) had 30 seats of Learning Advantage.
The new company (sold-to ID B) shows to have 18 active seats of Learning Advantage in QTAC.
The original company account (sold-to ID A) now shows to have 12 active seats of
Learning Advantage in QTAC.
However, the Learning Advantage server still shows 1 account (sold-to ID A) having 30 seats.
There is no record as of yet for sold-to ID B on the Learning Advantage server.
This was successfully updated such that on the Learning Advantage server,
Sold-to ID A (CorpID A) now has 12 seats of Learning Advantage.
Sold-to ID B (CorpID B) now has 18 seats of Learning Advantage.
QUESTION:
Can the Learning Advantage Corporate Administrator manage Learning Advantage users for BOTH Sold-to ID A (CorpID A) AND Sold-to ID B (CorpID B)?
Solution
NO - A Corporate Administrator can only manage the users within the one Corporate Account.
User accounts or Corporate Administrator accounts can only be associated with one Corporate account.
