Details
The posted output for the teach point was "MEAS/POINT,F(TEACH_PT),0". With this value set to 0 the CMM program would not run. When this was changed to 1 it would run, though. Why is this value not correctly set?
Solution
The INSP_PATH_T P was not placed under the INSP-POINT Inspection Method in the template part file.
It was, therefore, not inheriting the Manual Mode -> Number of Points value.
After this path was moved under the INSP_PATH_TP the Number of Points was correctly inherited and the code MEAS/POINT,F(TEACH_PT),1 was output and the program would run.
