You see this as soon as the program Process Simulate is executed.
Uninstall and Reinstall does not fix the problem.
Solution Check the version of NVIDIA driver. Don't assume the latest version is the correct or best version.
Version 18.104.22.16892 is known to have problems running with Process Simulate.
It causes the program to not run and give you the error listed above.
Version 22.214.171.12441 is older but is known to work with Process Simulate.
