Solid Edge Floating license is not working.

Details

Server status shows a FlexNet Licensing error:-15,10. System Error: 10061 
"WinSock: Connection refused". 



Solution

Check to see if you have two versions of Solid Edge License Manager installed using Control Panel->Uninstall Prgrams.  If so proceed to remove both. Remove the C:\SEFlex folder as well and reinstall the appropriate License Manager for the version of Solid Edge you are running.
