Using Insight and when trying to check in a file, getting an error that a transaction is pending.
Solution Close Solid Edge.
To clear this message navigate thru Windows to the Insight cache folder. Look
in the Cookies folder. Locate the translog.xml file and rename the file.
Then, start Solid Edge and go to Cache Assistant. Perform an Update Status
command. Now check in any files that are checked out. Any files left over in
the cache need to be deleted.
Once the cache has been cleared then you can delete the translog file that you
