Details
A user has added their name and initials in the Solid Edge Options - User Profile. However, as soon as they
press OK, the text fields for "Name" and "Initials" are empty again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Solid Edge
2. Go to the Solid Edge Options -> User Profile
3. Fill in Name and Initials text fields
4. Click on OK
5. Go to Solid Edge Options -> User Profile
6. Notice the Name and Initials text fields are empty
Solution
Delete "Options - UserInfo" under "PrefSets" in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid Edge\Version 110\ registry.
After deleting the key you can add the name and initials once more and they will be saved.
