NX X The Reverse Vector is no longer available when creating Sketch

The Reverse Vector is no longer available when creating Sketch and Sketch in 
Task Environment. 

Solution

The Sketcher now uses the CSYS Constructor - similar to the Point Constructor 
or Plane Constructor.  The CSYS Constructor lumps all the direction flipping 
into one.


Once you have a preview you can double click on the plane or vector direction 
to flip them in the graphics window. If you need detailed control, you can 
bring up the constructor dialog, just like in the Point and Plane dialog.
