NX Error Displayed when Attempting to Use a New CMM Setup Template.

A custom setup template was created for a new CMM simulation machine. When this new template is used the error message Part is not currently loaded is displayed followed by a Recovery Failure window. The Recovery Failure window reports that the Parts in this session may be corrupt . How can this be corrected?

The reported error, in this case, occurred because the part swap out utility was incorrectly configured in the template file.  To resolve this issue add the component  insp_general_target.prt to the template part file.  This component can be found in the \CMM_INSPECTION\resource\template_part\english or the template_part\metric folder.

After this, add the Attribute CAM_COMPONENT_TYPE with a value of Target to the Properties in the insp_general_target.prt .
