Details
When performing a Where Used in Design Manager, the dialog to specify what
folders to search (Look in) does not appear.
Solution
With ST10 this dialog is no longer required if Built-In Data Management is
enabled. Instead, it uses the folder listed in FastSearchScope.txt. If the
FastSearchScope.txt is empty then it will search the indexed locations.
