Details
When trying to start NX, sometimes the error message "NX Initialization Error:
Failed to load Treelist" is presented to the user. The NX Syslog will contain
the following text:

Solution
In some cases, a machine that is restricted by both Internet Security and
Antivirus will prevent the NX Analytics from starting. To correct this, disable
the NX Analytics. When NX does start, select FILE > UTILITIES > CUSTOMER
DEFAULTS > GENERAL > MISCELLANEOUS and uncheck the following two options under
"Product Excellence Program":
Uncheck "participate"
Uncheck "Display initial startup message"
NX should start normally from now on.
