When Saving parts, the warning message "An Explicit order has been applied and
changed but not saved. The order of the views will not be saved unless you
save the explicit order." is returned.
To allow for the save, make the component part the Displayed Part, then save.
The issue here is that the views of the assembly file are not in sync with the
views of the component (sub-assembly) file. In the context of the Assembly
being the Displayed part and the Component being the Work Part, this will be
seen.
