NX NX 11 on Red Hat 7 - The NX Motif resource file Ugnx11 could not be found

NX 11 on Red Hat 7.x
When launching NX, the following error appears

The NX Motif resource file Ugnx11 could not be found.
Please contact your System Manager.

Solution

Manually copy the file  Ugnx11_default from the 
ugii directory to the correct location of the app-defaults directory. 
This should correct the missing Ugnx11file error 


i.e. 
Copy Ugnx11_default

From the 
/nx11basedirectory/ugii/  
        sub-directory of where ever your NX 11 is installed 

To 
/usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/Ugnx11
