NX Delay when switching from the Modeling application to the Drafting application

After migrating from NX10 to NX11, all users are experiencing up to a 15 second delay when switching from the Modeling application to the Drafting application (and vice versa).  The same delay is also happening when switching between drafting sheets. 

Solution

1. With the cursor on the Desktop background, 'MouseButton3-->NVIDIA Control Panel'.
2. Select 'Manage 3D Setting' in the left column.
3. On the 'Global Settings' tab, set the Global Presets to '3D App - Visual Simulation'.
4. Select the 'Program Settings' tab.
5. Toggle 'Select a program to customize:' to 'Siemens NX'.
