Needed to compare performance amongst different sites.
Solution
You can find a performance tool at the GTAC web site:
1. https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/support/gtac
2. Click on 'Download and Upload Files'.
3. Use your web key login.
4. Select 'Solid Edge' under 'Download'.
5. Go to 'Product updates-> SupportTools->PerformanceTool'. Please see the readme.txt. Note that V1.0_PerformanceTool.exe is for SE V105-V109.
