Solution
Backed up the HKEY_CURRENT_USER Solid Edge registry and then removed [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid Edge\Version 107\PrefSets\Scorpion]. Reran the analysis. This time post-processing was okay.
