Solid Edge Determining who last modified the materials table

If the Solid Edge materials file,  Materials.mtl, is stored on a shared network location and is not write protected, how is it possible to determine who last modified the materials table?

Solution

To determine who last modified the materials table:

1. Make a copy of your modified networked Materials.mtl file
2. Rename that copy to Materials.par
3. Open this .par file into Solid Edge
4. Select File Properties -> Statistics 
5. Review the user id of the "last saved by" property. 

This is the user id of the last person who modified the Materials.mtl file.
