Solid Edge Unable to change orientation Column data cell in table

I want to reorient the text in the cell of a Parts List.  In properties if I click on 'Format Cells' – 'Orientation' is greyed out.  Why is this?

Solution

The same dialog is used for formatting both Column header cells and Column data cells.  However,  'Orientation' can only be changed for the header cells.

It cannot be changed on the data cells. Therefore, the 'Orientation' option in the common dialog is disabled when formatting data cells.
