Solution
The Solid Edge FlexNet License Manager delivered with Solid Edge 2019 is only supported on the 64 Bit platforms on the following operating systems:
- Windows 10
- Windows 8
- Windows 7 Ultimate
- Windows Vista Ultimate
- Windows Server 2008,
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- Windows Server 2012
- Windows Server 2012 R2
