NX Xcelerator Academy Self-Paced course error - you do not have active membership

Xcelerator Academy user is able to log into Xcelerator Academy but when attempting to access the Self-Paced course, the following error appears - you do not have active membership. 

This case involves:

1. A TRIAL membership

2. And an Academic membership (listed in the bill of material for this sold-to ID)
