Details
After updates were made to SharePoint, only able to open Solid Edge files in Read Only/Released mode.
Solution
Check to see if Solid Edge is running in "Working Offline" mode. To correct this, you can delete and recreate the network locations then open the Cache Assistant to set to "Working Online" mode.
