Details
In a part created in the ordered part environment, when adding a Scale Body Feature increasing the part file by 1.15, the scale value in the variable table says 1 instead of the chosen 1.15.
Solution
The scale value is a "Scalar" unit type and precision of Scalar type of the part is set to zero decimal places. The user needs to change the precision of it to two decimal places to get the value 1.15.
- Application button then Info -> File Units
- Scroll down to Derived units
- Change Scalar unit precision to 0.12
- Go to variable table and check the scale value is now displayed as 1.15
