Solid Edge The Document Naming Formula is randomly being reset

The Document Naming Formula is randomly being reset to displaying only the [Filename].  Want the document naming to be [Filename] – [Description]. 

Solution

Edit the Solid Edge Options file and change the value for "Replace Filename" to equal [Filename] - [Description] and set the flag to not allow overrides.
