Solid Edge The Where Used dialog is displaying incorrectly for vaulted locations

The Where Used process is returning with a dialog displaying a red folder for the Solid Edge data management vault locations in the "Look in:" field to select folder locations to be searched.  Since the vault location is supposed to be indexed the user should have been taken to the Where Used Results dialog display directly without having an option to select folder locations to look in. 

Solution

This problem can occur if the Windows Search service on the server is started by an account other than the SYSTEM account.
