Use the following steps to download.
Note: A valid WebKey account is required. ( URL: https://plmapps.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/webkey/)
In your browser address window enter the URL: https://download.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/
WebKey Username: [your WebKey user ID]
WebKey Password: [your WebKey password]
Select the Download tab
In the Product Filter area scroll down to Tecnomatix Products
Select Tecnomatix Products
Expand Product updates
Expand Planning_Applications
Expand Hot_Fixes
Expand V14.0.1.x
Download the file(s):
Tecnomatix_14.0_hotfix01-022-client_x64.zipDiscard any hotfixes on the obsolete list that may be stored locally.
To Install:
Place Tecnomatix_X.X_hotfixXX-NN-wwwwww_xNN.zip into a folder ($Tecnomatix/downloads is suggested), where $Tecnomatix is the full path to the Tecnomatix installation.
Extract the files in Tecnomatix_X.X_hotfixXX-NN-wwwwww_xNN.zip.
Execute the extracted .msi file.
The default installation point is C:\Program Files\Tecnomatix.
