Solid Edge How to open my Solid Edge assembly structure as "Read-Only" in SEEC by default?

A customer wants to open every Solid Edge assembly structure as "Read-only" by default when using SEEC. How to configure this for every user? Is there a Teamcenter preference or setting? 

Solution

There is no Teamcenter preference or setting to force this for every user, however each user can set this option during the File -> Open action in the dialogue.  When using the "Read-only" option with "All Levels" any edit or open action from the path finder will open in Read-only mode and a manual "Check-out" would then be required before you can upload any changes.

When in this dialogue use the "Save as Default" option, then every new File -> Open action will use the new default settings.
