Details
CenterMark is not displayed instead of holes in the Flat pattern even if the CenterMark option is selected in Flat Pattern dialog for Hole Treatment.
Solution
The CenterMark will be displayed when the diameter of the hole is lesser or equal to the entered Hole Treatment value.
Hence in the cases where the diameter of the holes are higher than the entered hole treatment value, the holes will remain as it is.
