Dear Siemens PLM NX Customer,


It has come to our attention that a number of NX users are not able to use NX Translators after upgrading to 11.0.2.  Specifically IGES, STEP, DXF and 2D Exchange can throw an error "Standard C++ exception caught".   This is happening on the machines where graphics drivers have been changed by automatic Windows update.  The problem typically goes away if the graphics driver versions are reinstalled or updated.  
 
Most of the reported problems are seen on windows 10 with build 10.0.16299.15 and graphics driver dll version - 23.21.13.8816
 
To update the graphics drivers, you need to start the Device Manager, Select Display Adapters, Select NVIDIA, Right click and select Update Driver Software
