When defining an Annotation Alignment Shape I erroneously end up with some intersecting balloons. When I select one of these and drag it in order to reposition it all the balloons move together.
How do I resolve this and position the balloons correctly?

Solution
Select the Annotation Alignment Shape and open its properties. Turn off Minimum spacing.

Now you can drag the intersecting balloons and reposition them as required.

Once done you can turn the minimum spacing back on in Annotation Alignment Shape properties.
