Solid Edge Change direction of underline balloons before applying Annotation Alignment Shape

The user wants to define an Annotation Alignment Shape for underline balloons placed previously. The direction of the underline of the balloons is a mixture of right and left.  The user wants to change the direction of one of them so that the underline balloons are in the same direction as each other before the Annotation Alignment Shape.

Solution

The direction of the underline balloon text is decided at the time of placement - if the balloon has no break line you cannot change the direction of balloon text. However you can turn ON the break line, change the direction of the underline balloon to the other side, and then turn OFF the break line again.

Once that is done, you can define your Annotation Alignment Shape correctly.
