Details
Have some Draft files that are opening as Read Only/Released. Other draft files are not displaying this problem.
Solution
This can happen if the user creating the draft files is using a template that is managed in Insight. All Insight managed files are set to have a "Released" status causing all new files created with the Insight managed template to have a "Released" status. Solid Edge template files should NOT be stored in the Insight managed vault.
