After upgrading to a newer maintenance pack of Solid Edge ST9 the user was experiencing the following error message when attempting to work with Insight managed files: "Software version mismatch between the Web Service on library SQL and the client machine.  The Web Service version is "32" and the client version is "31".  Contact your administrator for assistance."
This is the error that is seen when the WebServiceClient.dll on the client is not the same version as the file of the same name on the Insight server.  He removed and reinstalled the MP5 update and this fixed the problem.

Solution
