Details
After installation of standard parts administrator, user cannot launch configuration wizard.
The issue has been seen occurring mostly on windows 10 machines.
Solution
Check which MP is installed.
The correct process is:-
1) Install ST10 Base
2) Install and configure ST10 standard parts administrator
3) Install required MP.
The other workaround if the configuration wizard does not launch is to re-install the same MP without any uninstallation. The standard parts configuration wizard should then open and user can continue with the configuration process of standard parts.
