The Isocline Curves option is no longer located in the Extract Curve dialog from "Insert > Derived Curve > Extract...".

Solution
The new Isocline Curve command created in NX11 replaces the Isocline Curves option available in the Extract Curve dialog box in earlier versions of NX.
It is located in "Insert > Derived Curve > Isocline Curve".
