Solid Edge Does new ST10 Viewer consume a Solid Edge license?

Starting with ST10 a new Solid Edge Viewer solution was introduced.  This new Viewer solution is full-blown Solid Edge with reduced functionality.  Does running Solid Edge as a Viewer consume a Solid Edge license?

Solid Edge when installed and used in Viewer mode will *not* consume a Solid Edge license.
