Customer gets an error message, that his license had expired. However taking a look at the license file shows a valid date with an expiry date in the future.
Solution
The likelihood is that the customer uses different workstations, with different expiry dates.
Getting his license from PLMS, of course all workstations are listed in one license file.
Deleting all other workstations from his license file, so that only the workstation corresponding to this license is left will resolve the problem - the expiry message will not show up anymore.
