NX X Model Compare doesn't show changed faces, but all faces are identified as unique

When performing a Model Compare of revision A and revision B parts, what options do you need to specify to see changed faces?

Solution

The reason NX only shows unique faces in both parts because "Select All Bodies in each part" was checked.
You need to toggle this off: Also go to "Rules for classifying faces" to toggle on "Perform Geometric Comparison":
