Does the Renew Feature command perform the same operation as Update feature?
Solution
No, these two operations are different. Although Renew Feature eventually causes an update, it is not the same as what happens with the Update command:
- Update recreates a feature as is, using the feature code of the NX version in which it was first created.
- Renew Feature recreates a feature using the feature code of the currently running version of NX.
