The icon in Specify Plane will change depending on plane selected during [Reattach Sketch].
- During new plane.
The displayed icon shows the icon when the new plane is created.
- During existing datum plane.
The displayed icon shows "Through Object".
- During work plane and view plane.
The displayed icon shows "Fixed".
Is this behavior as designed?

Solution
This is working as designed, that is designed plane block behavior.
When creating new sketch, dialog memory kicks in, and it shows the plane type of last time.
When reattaching, the plane block read the plane type from the existing plane object of the sketch, which is Through Object type.
Both work plane and view plane type will produce fixed type plane object, so the plane block will be in fixed type when reattaching.
